University of Colorado at Boulder Boulder, CO

The University of Colorado at Boulder was involved in three of the PFF programs. PFF 2 was a campus-wide program with the goal of institutionalizing PFF at Colorado. The Department of Physics was selected to be a PFF 3 participant, and the Departments of Political Science and Psychology were selected by their respective disciplinary associations to develop departmentally-based, discipline-specific PFF 4 programs.

Preparing Future Faculty 2: 1997-2001

The UC-Boulder Department of Physics was selected by the American Association of Physics Teachers to be a PFF 3 participant. The partner departments were located at the following institutions:

• Colorado School of Mines
• Colorado State University
• Denver University
• Metropolitan State College of Denver
• United States Air Force Academy
• University of Wyoming

The Department of Political Science was selected by the American Political Science Association to be a PFF 4 participant. The partner departments were at the following institutions:

• San Jose State University
• Stanford University
• United States Air Force Academy
• University of Colorado-Denver
