The University of Nebraska-Lincoln was involved in three of the PFF programs. PFF 2 was an institution-wide program. The Nebraska Department of Entomology was selected to be involved in PFF 3, and the Nebraska Department of Sociology was selected to be involved in PFF 4.

Preparing Future Faculty 2: 1997-2001

The goal of PFF 2 was to institutionalize the campus-wide program at Nebraska. The partner institutions were:
